Delivery

On The Spot Delivery delivers pet food and supplements to most, but not all, of the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Before placing an order, please visit our Delivery Areas page to see if we deliver to your Zip Code, and which weekday we deliver to that Zip Code.

Delivery is free with a $50.00 (before tax) minimum purchase. If your order does not qualify for free delivery there will be a $10.00 delivery charge added to your order.

All regularly scheduled deliveries are made Mon-Fri 8am-7pm. Saturday delivery is available for an additional $5.00.

If you do not see your location on the Delivery Area Locator, contact us and we’ll see how we may be able to accommodate your needs.

Returns

We want our customers to be 100% with our service and products. Any unopened products may be returned to our retail location at anytime for a full refund, no questions asked. Any inaccuracies in your order or delivery or manufacturing defects will be replaced as soon as possible. Please contact our office and we will send a driver to replace the product. If you or your pet are dissatisfied with a product please contact us and we will do our best to satisfy your needs. All exchanges and refunds due to customer dislike must be made at our retail location.

Ordering

If you have reservations about entering your order online or are encountering difficulty in doing so, feel free to call us at (888) 855-7768 to place your order.

All orders received before 5:00 PM will be processed that day and delivered on the next scheduled delivery in your area. All orders placed after 5:00PM will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed on Sundays and Holidays. If you place an order on the day we deliver in your area we will do our best to make a Saturday delivery. If we are not able to do so delivery will be made on the next scheduled day in your area.
